Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment. We understand people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations; therefore, we offer a range of payment options to help you afford this important health service. Your contract with us will explain what is covered in your treatment and when additional fees might apply.
A discount is offered for cash or check payment in full.
There are no finance charges for our in-house payment plan. If you make payments at our office, you pay for the records appointment and down payment, then monthly payments. A payment book will be provided.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We can set up to ‘auto-charge” your credit card each month.
A “no-down payment” plan is available with financing through Chase Health Advance. This option allows you to make payments for 24 months interest free. We also accept Care Credit, a finance company for healthcare expenses.
If you have orthodontic coverage as part of your dental insurance, we are happy to file these claims for you. Be sure to ask about your plan's coverage when you are in our office during your complimentary consultation.
If your insurance company requires that you use a “NETWORK” provider, and we are not on your provider list, please check us out anyway--our fees are very reasonable and the cost to you may not be any different than with a network provider.
We will give you a receipt for “cafeteria accounts” but these companies will not allow us to file for reimbursement.
You are expected to keep your account current. Should difficulties arise with your account, please inform our office so that we may assist in resolving this matter promptly. Your contract with us will explain all covered services and when additional fees might apply.
Dollars and Sense
In our office, we allow you to make payments during the time you are in treatment. If you prefer smaller payments spread out over a longer time, there are financing options available.
Some orthodontic offices advertise lower monthly fees for a longer period of time, but BE CAREFUL that they are not making you or your child stay in braces longer than needed to make this work. Also, check out if there are hidden fees such as additional “records” and “retainer” fees?
Join our Orthodontic Club as an option to help you save for needed orthodontic treatment, receive a cash discount on a portion of your fee, and reduce the amount of your monthly payments. This lets you take advantage of our great SureSmile technology and the shortest treatment time possible, or have the clear advantage of Invisalign.
